Welcome to BLOOP – MY STREE SOUL (“Platform”), an Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) enabled women's health and wellness platform owned and operated by MY-STREE HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform and all products, services, features and functionalities made available through it. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms, together with the Company's End User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Consent Terms, Refund & Cancellation Policy and other Platform Policies. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform.
The Platform may only be used by individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Applicable Law. Individuals below eighteen (18) years of age may not register for or use the Platform. The Company reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend access or terminate any User Account where it reasonably believes that a User does not satisfy these eligibility requirements.
Certain features of the Platform require the creation of a User Account. Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete and updated information, maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials and ensuring that all activities undertaken through their Account comply with these Terms. Users shall immediately notify the Company of any unauthorised access to or suspected misuse of their Account.
The Platform is intended to provide educational information, wellness guidance and AI-assisted support relating to women's health. Users shall use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Users shall not misuse the Platform or the AI Companion, provide false information, impersonate another person, upload unlawful or infringing content, interfere with the security or operation of the Platform, reverse engineer, scrape or attempt to extract the Company's software, AI models or proprietary technology, or otherwise use the Platform in violation of Applicable Law or the rights of any third party.
The Platform includes an AI-powered Companion designed to provide educational information and general wellness guidance. AI-generated responses are based upon information voluntarily provided by Users and may not always be accurate, complete or suitable for every individual circumstance.
The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions or emergency healthcare services. Users should always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concern and should not rely solely upon AI-generated responses for making healthcare decisions.
Nothing contained in the Platform or these Terms shall create a doctor-patient relationship between the User and the Company or any healthcare professional associated with the Platform.
Users may upload information, including health information, reports, photographs, voice recordings and other content through the Platform. Users remain responsible for the legality, accuracy and authenticity of such content. Users retain ownership of their content but grant the Company a limited licence to use such content solely for providing, maintaining, securing and improving the Platform in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Applicable Law.
The collection and processing of Personal Data are governed by the Company's Privacy Policy, Consent Terms and Data Retention & Deletion Policy. Where the Platform offers paid subscriptions or premium services, all payments, cancellations and refunds shall be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. All software, AI models, algorithms, trademarks, logos, content, graphics, educational materials and other intellectual property available through the Platform remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Users are granted only a limited, revocable and non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes.
The Company may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Platform where a User breaches these Terms, Applicable Law or otherwise compromises the security, integrity or lawful operation of the Platform. The Company may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, business operations or the services offered through the Platform. The revised Terms shall become effective from the date of publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such publication shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Where a User wishes to raise a grievance relating to the Platform, the processing of Personal Data, subscriptions, payments or any other matter, such grievance may be submitted through the above contact details or to the designated Grievance Officer/Data Protection Officer, as applicable. The Company shall endeavour to acknowledge and resolve such grievances within a reasonable period and in accordance with Applicable Law and its internal grievance redressal procedures.
